OUR MISSION IS VITAL ... TO PROVIDE MILITARY PERSONNEL WITH A VISIBLE REMINDER OF THE HOLY IN THE MIDST OF COMBAT AND CHAOS!!   PCCMP supports the worldwide communities of people in which our military personnel are serving; pastor our far-flung chaplains and support them in their ministry and touch the lives of the military soldier’s family.

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES IN SUPPORT OF THE COUNCIL

Your donations make our ministry possible as financial support of the Council's budget from the Church decreases.  There is an increasing need to raise funds for operations such as:

·  ·  Aiding Chaplains transition/return to civilian ministry.

·  ·  Retreats and Conferences

·  ·  Communication costs

·  ·  Visitation

·  ·  Administration

Your chaplains look to The Presbyterian Council for Chaplains and Military Personnel for guidance and support.   Your gift would enable the Council and its staff to continue to serve as the pastor to these far-flung pastors through visitation and support of their ministry to their "flock".

Here are different ways you can give financial support to the Council:

  1. Send us a check, made out to "PCCMP" in any amount you wish. An acknowledgement letter for each gift will be sent to you.
  2. Pay by Credit Card. Click on the box to be taken to secure site.

3. Extra Commitment Opportunity (ECO) giving allows individuals and congregations to support particular ministries of the Church. These gifts should be considered as being above and beyond regular pledges and gifts. The Council ECO number is 860124, and your ECO gift may be sent either to the Council directly or to the Presbyterian Church Center in Louisville.

4. Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). The Council has completed the application process and will participate in the yearly Combined Federal Campaign. Our CFC # is 11336. Contributions through CFC are tax deductible. All friends of the Council who are eligible to contribute through the CFC are strongly encouraged to do so.

5. Endowment. The Council has recently established an Endowment program to raise $6 million dollars, which, when raised, will fully fund the annual budget. The PCCMP Endowment Fund is established at the Presbyterian Foundation. Gifts to the Endowment Fund should be marked "The PCCMP Endowment Fund" and mailed to the Presbyterian Council's office at 4125 Nebraska Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20016, for an acknowledgement. These gifts are forwarded to the Presbyterian Foundation for investment. Endowment Fund donations may be made "in memory of" or "in honor of" a loved one as a memorial.

6. IRA, 403b and 401k.  Perhaps you would give the council 1% or 2% of one of these.  To do so, use a change of beneficiary form to eventually send that 1% or 2% to the PCCMP.  You would not miss this small amount but it would go a long way to build the PCCMPs ability to serve.

To send contributions directly to the Council, print out the tear-off form below.
